Yanny Hidalgo, Esq. possesses vast business experience and the essential skills to work under pressure. He has represented companies with presence in more than 25 countries, guiding them through issues ranging from drafting bylaws to complex acquisitions. Yanny is also immensely experienced in real estate and family law. He served on the Board of Directors of Miami Bayside Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to economic development in Miami through the support of minority businesses and education, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the East Little Havana Community Development Corporation, which assists Little Havana residents in finding affordable housing.
